women who give their hearts, time, talents and resources to making this
ministry possible. Each one of us is
living our three-fold mission: 1. to know and love God, 2. to reflect her faith
in her behavior and choices, and 3. to shine a light for other girls and women
to do the same. Together, we are called
to inspire girls and women to shine from the inside out, by helping them to
discover real beauty, worth and a purpose that truly lasts!
Caris Leidner, Event Coordinator
Caris handles all of Jen’s booking, event details, and ministry
correspondence. She is Jen’s
indispensible “right hand,” and the first woman God gave Jen to work beside her
in the ministry.
Jan handles all online store orders, product
sales at events, and accounts. Her gifts
of administration allow Jen to focus on writing and speaking instead of
shuffling papers!
Rashelle’s gifts of acoustic guitar, her angelic voice, and her soulful
spirit add a whole new dimension of beauty to any event where she plays; to

At our events, Brittney wears many hats: photographer extraordinaire, hair and makeup
artist, and comedienne! She makes sure
to keep us all laughing and snaps pictures along the way!
Nicki Erber, Accountant
Without Nicki, where would we be?
Not here, I can promise you! She
uses her gifts with numbers to do all our bookkeeping, checkbook balancing and
tax paying. What a relief!

Linda Strickland,
mother-in-love (on right):Jen’s
mother-in-law and mentor in the faith, Linda serves as an advisor to the whole
team. She also helps with all our
product development. Most importantly,
she mothers Jen’s kids when she is doing the work of the ministry.
Jan Porter, Jen’s
Mom (on left): Jan needs no other description than the “always there and always
willing to help” Mom who has been through it all and never wants to miss a
thing – from hearing Jen speak to being with the grandkids. Thanks, Mom!
